Cancellation Policy for Aurora Clinic

When you book your appointment, the time is designated specifically for YOU. Missed appointments prevent Aurora Clinic from accommodating other clients. Please understand that WE only get paid when service is delivered.

• MINIMUM 24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION.
• Payment in full will be required for late cancellations or “no shows” unless appointment can be filled.
• Payment in full may be required ahead of time for next appointment.
• If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can treat your special circumstances with personal attention. We realize that your circumstances are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.). Exceptions to the above polices may

be taken on these rare occasions.

• Missed appointment fees are not eligible for direct billing or insurance compensation.

LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals may not receive the full session time allotted for treatment service booked. Full payment will still be required

ETHICS POLICY
Any kind of massage provided by Aurora Clinic is strictly non-sexual. If client expresses interest in a sexual massage, the treatment will be terminated immediately and the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
